Most days mix hands-on laboratory work with careful record keeping and conversations about what the data means. Teams are small, and people follow a problem from the first experiment to the data package.
Because the platforms share a laboratory, scientists see how their work feeds into the next stage. A culture result matters more when you know who will use the cells next.
